Absolutely horrified at the dirtiness of the room! After paying £118 I was expecting luxury like the photos suggest. The reality couldn’t have been further from that!
Vomit stains on carpet and bed cushions. Filthy leather along bath. Stains all over bathroom floor and door.

Good location, decent sized room
Bathroom felt very outdated, had a bad drains smell. The carpets also didnt seem to have been cleaned properly

The breakfast was fab. Staff was pleasant.
The pillows were very clumpy and not the best to sleep on. And the room was too hot even with Aircon on. There was also some black mould round the bath jazzui bubbles rims and the buttons. & The carpet was also looked like it hadn't been hoovered.

Beautiful hotel from top to bottom. Foyer and bar area was amazing.

Breakfast was very basic. Sitting area, table set up was prefect, little milk jugs, flowers on tables lovely touches but the food, not much to choose from and very bland eg, only scrabbled egg, only white or brown sliced bread

The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub in the room was lovely
I expected the presidential suite to be further away from other rooms. There was a group of people in the room next to us who were extremely noisy until 4am. Not their fault as they came away for that reason, however for the amount of money I paid I expected a bit more. The desert platter was 3 tiny stale cakes and the chocolate strawberries were warm.

Great location for all you want to do and see in Liverpool.
Beautiful luxury room that we were not expecting. Booked a standard double room and ended up with 4 double beds in the room. It was BEAUTIFUL! ❤️ (I never complained about the upgrade, lol 😂) Came back around 11:30pm. The bar was still open. In the bar area there is also a WiFi thingimijig that you can search for tunes or play your own play list from your phone.
Breakfast was included. A buffet style. I'm fussy and a vegetarian for 35 years!!! Don't like scrambled eggs! Don't like tomatoes! But I will give the young waiter boy 💯 credit. He offered to get the kitchen to make me poached eggs and vegetarian sausage. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. I stay in Liverpool a lot, and now I've stayed here, I'm not going to stay anywhere else xxx

Are room wasn’t cleaned once during are stay I don’t expect to clean up my mess only expect the bed to be made and the rubbish to be taken out that we left ina pile to make it easier for staff and a pile of used towls we left in the corner of the room to make it easier for the cleaners but we alway came back to an unmade bed rubbish and towls still there we didn’t wanna make a fuss as the hotel is a lovely hotel in itself abs staff wore excellent

não havia shampoo, condicionador, sabonete para banho. pedi à funcionária e só depois de pedir novamente ela foi até o meu banheiro checar se não tinha mesmo. depois de confirmar, me entregou 2 vidrinhos de shampoo dizendo que eu poderia ter usado o sabonete líquido da pia (fixo na parede) para tomar banho.
Nada de sabonete, condicionador ou outros produtos que QUALQUER hotel oferece.

pedi um adaptador de plug emprestado na recepção e não me emprestaram, alegando não terem. Porém, mais cedo, antes do check-in, uma outra funcionária me emprestou prontamente.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful
4 beds had not been changed or cleaned. There were stains hairs, tan, blood stains and splashes of brown/black marks which looked like mold or some kind of bodily fluid
I had to then change and re make the beds with a man from reception. Which took us over an hour.

Presidential suite was fantastic and my room was setup exactly how I requested after I paid for Rose petals, Prosecco, Strawberries in chocolate .etc.
We loved the spa bath and space in room.
Hotel was a bit pedantic on times like we had to check in on 3pm on the dot and we were rushed to have breakfast when it was advertised to be upto 10:30am.

The room was lovely decorated
The heating didn’t work and was blowing out cold air all night, nobody at reception to ask for a heater. The cleaners just barged into our room Af 9 in the morning while we were asleep, was told two double beds it was two singles pushed together and a gap in the middle. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. The reception staff didn’t even tell
Us check out time or what room number we were in was just wrote down on a piece of paper.

The bar area and the staff were really nice
The room was to hot and the ac didn't work.
The bathroom floor was clean but tatty, holes in it. I put the spa bath on and it appeared to let quite a lot of hair out of the jets into the water so I never used it. I'd booked for two days but stayed for just one

The room we stayed in was too big for a couple and despite our best efforts to alter the room temperature the room remained cold which was disappointing was unable to dry wet clothes from the rain that night as no heaters which spoiled the experience

Lots of noise from other rooms fire alarm went off at 3:15am as a person on a another floor was smoking in there bedroom we had a child with us who was woken and then struggled to go back to sleep

Great location to Mathew Street and city centre. The hotel reception area downstairs was beautiful. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Lovely breakfast which was included in the price.
The room wasn't as great as I hoped it would be, the bathroom in particular would have needed a bit of TLC. Also the floor at the door was being held down with masking tape.

Room was fabulous breakfast was very good. Bit strange bar was closed at 10 o clock but could get bottled drink but not a pint! But overall good experience. pity didn’t get to use the bathtub as something kept coming out of the jets into the water small black bits 😔

That the breakfast I paid in advance for x3 people , did nt offer room service . So we went without . On arrival the Irish receptionist was very grumpy and abrupt . I had also booked the triple room but then she told me it was a cave style with no windows, of which it didn’t state on The site , I have claustrophobia ,therefore she moved our room that had a window. I also asked to have a late check out and was abruptly told no not at all we don’t offer that as hotel was busy .also was suprised there was no mini toiletries body cream conditioner.

The air con didn't work, it was blowing out cold air all night.

shower was too hot so mixer in room 112 was not working. We showered with hot water and had no time to complain as my trip with my 3 kids only 1 night.

great location- superb quirky room. Really friendly staff both at reception and in the bar.
There were a few cobwebs on the chandeliers in the room. Some better lighting and a good mirror would have been good for my wife to put her make-up on.

Reception area
When we arrived, we were told we were given a “complimentary upgrade”. When we got to the room; it was a party pad room with 4 beds and was dirty with lots of damage. We took photographs on arrival of the damage. There was drinks splashed across the side of the wardrobe, a dirty used drinking straw in the wardrobe, no hand soap for the use of the sink, wear and tear damage to lots of different parts of the room. Spoke to reception staff and was told there were no other rooms available.
