Location was great. Comfy beds
Huge jacuzzi in the bathroom but couldn’t close the bathroom door if the toilet seat was down. I think the toilet is squeezed in because of the jacuzzi which was very hard to get out of after having a shower. It’s unnecessary and I would’ve preferred a normal shower or bath.

Room was ok. Location of hotel was only positive, and staff were accommodating, staff in dining room for breakfast were friendly and chap that did cocktail class was a nice fella
Timber floors missing pieces, shower was very tricky to turn on as it was directly over bath, house keeping was a no show on day 2, no refill of toiletries, no clean towels provided on day 2, no bins emptied , lift to 5th floor was broken,
