Spotless modern apartment in great location

Great location
Apartment clean and had every thing you would need
Bed comfy
Lift wasnt working we was on the 3rd floor could have been informed before arrival
Communication after leaving was bad,
We left earpods and phoned 6 times and never gave the same answer
Since found earpods are bow in Ireland. Was told on 3 occasions manager would call me the next day, never did

We booked what we thought was the other staycity sight near the docks where we've stayed before but booking.com booked us this one. It wasn't great for us but I must say the staff were so friendly and helpful
The apartment was really dusty , one bathroom door wouldn't shut the frame was broken. It didn't have a fresh just cleaned feeling like the other stay city.there was no snacks or bar like the other staycity. The noise from the street was really bad and it was a Sunday night so I'd imagine with the bars nearby a Friday and Saturday would be even worse. Then noisy of the bottle bins being emptied at 5am woke me after hardly sleeping all night . Will make sure we definitely book the other sight next time.
