Very close to Lime Street station, central location, within walking distance of the concert venue we were going to. Comfortable room with nice outlook. Very quiet with no disturbance from outside or from other guests. Good choice of food at breakfast and helpful, attentive staff.

I didn’t have breakfast, though it sounded very nice.
The train journey was horrendous! Had to change trains mid-journey as there was a fault. Nearly missed connection. Trains were extremely busy-people standing in aisles. The return journey, train from Reading was 30 mins late. Again, trains had inadequate seating. The hotel, on the other hand, was brilliant!

The location of the hotel. The ease of booking in. We also had the option to check in early. The breakfast was value for money.

The location was perfect. Having drinking water available at lobby was good. The breakfast was very generous. The dining room staff were very friendly and obliging.
Communications between front desk and housekeeping could have been better.
On several occasions we would arrive back and find our room had not been cleaned.
