We didn't eat or drink at the hotel, but the bar was lovely and clean.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was amazing, it was even better than we were expecting, we were in a Queen room. The room was really quiet, even though it's in the city centre.
Everywhere was lovely and clean.
We thought there wasn't enough lighting, and there was no air conditioning. (There was a fan, and a radiator).

Breakfast was ok option to have in room was good
Fake flowers. And breakfast wasn’t great.

Location was very central, near shops and the waterfront.
One of our rooms wasn't cleaned the whole 3 days we were there even after being assured by reception staff.
Reception staff not very welcoming.
