Excellent location, clean facilities and friendly, professional staff
The staff were very helpful. Especially Jack at reception who quickly sorted out an issue I had with my room.

The views are amazing. The rooftop bar has a lovely ambiance and tremendous views all around. Lifts quick, nice sized and comfortable room. The breakfast is really good in Gino’s. Location is just minutes from Castle St but set apart from the noisy busy centre.
The service in rooftop bar was patchy, especially in the afternoon. The quality of the staff varied a little but everyone was friendly.

Good location
Dog friendly room, paid extra but there was absolutely nothing for the dog, not even a dog bowl.
