Not much to complain about, the value in the price reflects some minor things. It's like stepping back in time to a hotel in the naughties. The hotel is a little out-dated, but it's not awful by any stretch. Very well located for Everton Stadium, an easy walk. And an easy walk to Liverpool One, Bus Stations, The Docks etc. The Staff were great, the breakfast was good. Great blackout curtains in rooms.
As other reviews noted, you can easily hear talking from other rooms above/below/to the side. But it wasn't terrible. The hotel is a little outdated, but the rooms are fine. For the price here, there's good value. Would stay again.

Location, staff ok .
Strange way to clean the room, a WhatsApp message. Aircon didn't work. Windows can't be opened. Had better breakfasts , tasteless sausage
