I chose this hotel as I was attending a conference at the LEX Convention Centre. The location was great - easy to get to the venue, city centre, and nearby shops. There’s also a bus stop nearby, which was very convenient coming from the airport. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
The only minor downside was the breakfast. The food was good, but the choice was a bit limited, and the breakfast area was quite small, so it could get crowded later in the morning.

We missed our breakfast as I ŵas wrong
ene told the times for breakfast, I was told it was served til 10am but when Iwe came down at 9.30 all breakfast was finishes, there was a lovely lady called Angela who was very apologetic to us and done her best to try to get us a breakfast but everything had been turned off and put away, Angela spoke to a manager who returned our money back to our bank, Angela was so sorry I had been wrongly informed of the times by a receptionist when we checked in, apart from that our stay was lovely xx, I would like you to thank Angela for all her help xx

Location is good, breakfast good, staff good, cleanliness good
Bed mattress very very hard, pull out double bed mattress to thin could feel the metal supports underneath, breakfast area small and the extra fee for parking
