Location was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The buffet breakfast was great with a good choice of food.
As an arthritis sufferer it was a little inconvenient to have to park a short way from the hotel. And although a discount was applied by the hotel the parking charge for overnight was excessive.

Great location for Liverpool Docks and shopping. Good lobby bar and restaurant.
Rooms were pretty basic and not consistent with the standard at other Leonardo hotels. The bathroom was very dated and utilitarian - they looked like something you’d expect at a hostel rather than a hotel. Beds weren’t that comfortable. Also the air conditioning wasn’t adjustable in my room.
