Great location and the staff as always were excellent; courteous and professorial while also being fun
Bathrooms and bedroom could do with a makeover- perfectly comfortable and clean but little dated

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Hotel room comfortable.
No water in the room. Also asked for a poached egg at breakfast which never arrived. Bathroom a bit old fashioned. No view.

Great location next to the river. Good bar and very helpful staff
We were overcharged £50 which I luckily picked up and received a refund for. The pillows were all the same and too high for my preference. There was nowhere to put toiletries down in the bathroom, nor a handle to hold to close the shower door. The bathroom was tiny
