LOCATION, STAFF ALL EXCELLENT,,CAR PARKING,ROOM SIZE

LACK OF SHELVING/DRAWERS FOR STAYS OF MORE THAN ONE NIGHT (ALTHOUGH THIS MAY BE TO CUT CLEANING TIME AND COST), THE DISTANCE FROM RECEPTION TO DISABLED ROOM (N0 134), THE AMOUNT OF WORK BEING CARRIED OUT BLOCKING OFF ROOM ACCESS AND HAVING TO WALK ABOUT 100 METRES VIA THE BAR AREA MEANING NO ADEQUATE LIGHTING AT NIGHT, THE CONTRACTORS DID NOT CLOSE THE DOOR TO THE PAINT STORE AT NIGHT (POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD), ONLY ENTRANCE TO ROOM VIA FIRE EXIT WHICH WAS LOCKED CLOSED ON 2 OCCASIONS NECESSITATING RETURN TO RECEPTION TO OPEN UP THE DOOR

Great value for money and brilliant customer service from all of the staff

Easy to find, easy to park- check in was simple. Staff were all lovely!

First morning I was disturbed by house keeping even though I had a sign on the door saying come back later. There aren’t any plug sockets near the bed or mirror- so makes it impossible to charge your phone at night or get ready in the day. Also no fridge so my food/drink had to just sit on the side. When organising people’s stay- if you aren’t busy then put the guests a room apart not next to other guests as my neighbours were up very late chatting in bed. Restaurant staff was lovely but perhaps they would all benefit from some training as I had to drink Prosecco out of a wine glass and they had to go up and down the stairs multiple times as they forgot sauces for chips even though it was requested when ordering.
