Breakfast was great, nice selection of things, make-yourself waffles were a nice addition. Staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Shaik (hope I spelled it correctly!) who was very kind and helpful as I arrived at check-in very tired. Rooms are decorated beautifully. Local amenities such as shops, restaurants, train station are close by.

Lovely room spacous and clean.
Shower was great.
Breakfast was yummy.
We found the mattresses way to firm so did not sleep well.

It was a perfect location for the function we were attending. Breakfast was good, as was the shower.
Unfortunately, we received a really frosty reception when we checked in. The receptionist was grumpy and verging on rude. We were told that the car park was full and when we asked where we could park, he was quite stroppy and unhelpful.
