All the staff were Amazing, from the reception, to the breakfast staff, cleaner. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating

I thought that the room was clean. It was good to have air con as well.
The breakfast was good and a nice selection of hot and coldfood. A nice surprise was that the hot food plates were well warmed which in other hotels is not often the case.
The evening meals were well priced and worth the money but not a great selection.
The Waiting staff at breakfast were very polite and helpful, although there was only one coffee machine working which meant that there was always a wait.
The parking!!! It was only when I arrived I was told that I needed to book this and that it was in the T's and C's so I had to park about half a mile away which was not ideal. I have never had this before when booking with Booking.com but I was told that it was my fault for not reading all the info. Later I had a text asking me if the room was ok. I agreed but mentioned about the parking again. I was told that I should have read the onfo and it was my fault. There was no thought other than I was a bit stupid!! When I went back to the front desk there was another customer that was also having the same issue and every time I went passed the desk I could hear the staff saying to customers about the Parking. Ok it was light but a woman on her own in the winter, come on Hilton... Staff on the front desk had zero empathy for the situation, terrible!!!!!

It was a perfect location for the function we were attending. Breakfast was good, as was the shower.
Unfortunately, we received a really frosty reception when we checked in. The receptionist was grumpy and verging on rude. We were told that the car park was full and when we asked where we could park, he was quite stroppy and unhelpful.
