I love everything about this hotel and restaurant ! The building itself, the décoration, the staff, the ambiance, the peaceful environment and the great food. In my opinion, it’s the best place to stay in Valenciennes.

Very quirky with lots of character. The restaurant was excellent.
Our bathroom was functional but needed investment.

Great restaurant and historic charm. Staff were helpful and it’s a beautiful building. Parking was convenient for a fee. Evening meal was amazing and very good and kind service. Amazing croissants and bread for breakfast.
Expected old world charm, but didn’t expect only a bath with shower hose. Made for an uncomfortable way to wash especially as it was a very warm day and night. Also there were a lot of spiders and even a centipede on our room despite everything looking clean and tidy. Very warm room so the fan provided was appreciated.
