Great, would stay again

Great location, friendly staff, easy check in and out outside of reception working hours. The pool was great. Supermarket practically on the doorstep as well as some shops and places to eat. Parking can get quite busy but we always found a spot. Overall very impressed and thank you for a great stay!

Great stay and very good value for money.

Good size room with everything needed including small kitchenette area. Nice pool area with sunbeds which was very quiet the whole time we were there.

All good. There are a lot of steps so could be a problem for anyone with restricted mobility.

Friendly staff

Not my kind of establishment. The living room looked like a 90's David Lynch set, the Wi-Fi didn't work, the living room window didn't lock, the fridge was half broken, the pool can use refurbishing, just as the pool chairs. The walls appear to be of cardboard and the neighbour really needs to see a doctor for that bad cough. The only reason I ended up there was because I booked so late that nothing else was available. Unless you're German and 60+, just go somewhere else.

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay in Apartmentos Matorral. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped, very quiet and peaceful, with a nice pool and close to the beautiful beach. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. We would recommend this place to everyone and we'll definitly come back.

Excellent place to stay close to all the bars and shops

Rooms always clean and tidy. Location excellent and staff very friendly.

Pleasant stay.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Good location for the price. View to pool area and down to sea. Parking place in front of a hotel, but sometimes can be hard to find a spot.

You have to pay extra for WiFi and safe. Furniture was older but sufficient.

Very comfortable and good location

The lady at the reception was very nice and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Very nice view over the swimming pool. The place is quiet while being near the street with the shops and restaurants.

The view from the balcony was fantastic. Parking on the street is small but we found places all the time.

Two frying pans but both useless, only one saucepan.

Anke is a very helpful person and the location is not bad at all taking into account the price.

the kitchen is very limited and the apartment is a bit old. a simple microwave would have improved the experience a lot

We loved Fuertaventure and our stay at El Matorral was most enjoyable and comfortable.

As I like walking I found it a nice walk to the restaurants and to the beach. Shops were nearby with everything that was needed. The pool was always clean and easily accessible.

As I had an apartment to myself it worked out more expensive than it did for my friends who were in a position to share. Could a discount be available in such circumstances?

Relaxing and comfortable,

Towels changed regularly, excellent room cleaning staff, forgot to leave a tip, will double it next time, pool really well looked after.
