The room was beautiful and love the kitchen area
The code to get the key was not communicated with the rest of the instructions. I called them and they were immediately helpful

Everything was perfect. Location in the centre of Chambery. Price was excellent and no fault could be found with anything. SUPER clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom was perfect with three different soaps and shampoos available. Entry via the code was very simple and explained in a messsge that was easy to understand. There was also a communal kitchen that all residents could use and free tea and coffee which was a wonderful addition and nice touch, parking on the road nearby us hit and miss BUT there was a secure car park available only 4 minutes walk from the hotel. The biggest plus was being able to walk out of the building directly into the centre. The cathedral was a 2 minute walk. HIGHLY recommended.

The suite was very good,
- 1 - Once I got into the room , I was completly cut out of service , no internet, no réseau ( mode d’avion ) , after more than 30 minutes they answered my call , all that time my phone was out of the window to continue the conversation , until they gave me their mot passe ,
2- I paid for breakfast, no service, nobody answered on the phone !
