Air conditioning in our room. Great restaraunt and bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Powerful shower and comfortable bed. Secure cycle storage, laundry service available. Beautiful terrace and garden at the back of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Just up the hill from the start of the Vennbahn.
Nothing to dislike.

the room was cozy, well decorated and contained a netflix capable giant screen (kids love this). The hotel contained a garden in which we could have a drink before dinner (very relaxing). The hotel contains an excellent restaurant. The sound insulation was exceptional.
This will be difficult to change, but curtains do not keep all light out.

The location was great for me (on the Eislek trail), the staff was nice, the restaurant was nice and welcomed dogs as well, the breakfast had everything I needed.
It’s was not that sound proof, but nothing my earplugs couldn’t help.

Not much. We asked for a room near.reception as we were travelling by motorcycle with awkward luggage. We were given a room as far from reception as possible.
The hotel is on a main road with noisy lorries and cars accelerating out of the town nearby, so it was a restless night....and it was difficult to carry our gear to our room.
