The proximity to the beach, the pools, the whole design of the complex.
The one-bad apartment was very big, having all necessary amenities in great condition.
There is a city bus every hour from the front of the complex to the city center.
The parking place needs some improvement, since the cars were full of dust.
The pools' showers and toilets need to be fixed and improved.

An absolute gem in the perfect seaside location! The complex is beautiful and peaceful, with the beach practically on the doorstep. The apartment is incredibly well equipped, comfortable and ideal for a longer stay — we genuinely didn’t want to leave.

I love the resort because of a walking pathways inside with no cars , everything green , lots of different species of trees, plants, flowers, very clean, quiet, lots of people with children but very civilised, pets allowed, access to all swimming pools and sun beds umbrela for free, access to an amazing clean beach with a spectacular clean water.Inside the apartments clean , everything you need.
I didn’t like and not recommend the restaurant inside the resort La Terrace, food very bad, uncooked , staff very slow, service extremely bad, prices very high and they served 4 people at ine table with 40 minutes distance between meals so we could not enjoy having dinner together.

The location is on the best beach with the sea of a pretty color. Other beaches east of Burgas r ok but the sea is brown and does not look clear and inviting. Also beach chase longes and an umbrella is included in the price of the apt. The beach person was very unhappy and mean every time he saw the card but not money.
Something weird was with the mattress. It was very uncomfortable.
They show enormous effort of security of this complex with a lack of a true customer service where u feel welcomed. Unsmily faces and most of the time indifferent or rude attitude of the stuff. The only time u get the things done/changed when u address it to the management but it eats up ur precious vacation time and kills ur mood. None of the stuff speaks any English but I am suspicious they do understand but just ignore u until the supervisor steps in. They all play their game. For the price paid for this apt I got zero service. I have to ask for everything. The apt has just min kitchenware , not even a bag of tea or coffee let along salt,sugar etc. nothing!
No deterrent for washing machine. They do not stock up shampoo and clean the shower till u specifically address the issue to the management.
The only person who speaks eng and has some idea of hospitality was the front desk lady and the housekeeping boss who I only spoke on the phone. It’s s very tiring. They want to charge u for everything! I really was contemplating if I should write the truthful review and share my experience but then decided maybe it will help other travelers as we deserve to have comfortability for the high price paid. I didn’t take any pictures but the apt needs lift up at least some touch ups but they simply do not really care. I traveled the world and stayed in much “simpler” countries but they won by their friendly attitude and willingness to accomodate.
