The place is absolutely gorgeous. The sea views, the saltwater pool with the stairs carved into the rock, the infinity pool -- beautiful! So many places to relax and take in the views. The GM Diana and the restaurant manager Svetozar, seconded from the Sofia sister property, are the highest-class hospitality professionals. Beautiful place, lovely people. I didn't want to leave. But I'll try to come back next September, with some adjustments in logistics.
The complex is in the middle of nowhere, and the restaurant is the only source of food there. The food menu is quite limited, and hugely overpriced. The drinks menu is, by comparison, very extensive. The food is mediocre. A sign posted at the breakfast buffet -- there is a reason the breakfast is listed as "good breakfast," not "exceptional" -- prohibits the guests from taking the food to their rooms. Given the lack of any other food sources, it is understandable that most people would like a snack at some point during the day, and the restaurant menu does not offer anything small, nor a variety. Come to breakfast early, because whatever they run out of by 9 a.m., does not get replaced. The nearest "grocery store" is a 15-minute walk on an unpaved road and has almost nothing but crackers, yogurt, and some laundry detergent. Taking a taxi into town is expensive.

Fitness area is well equipped, but unlike previous visits, there were no or not visible maintenance
Partnership I guess with next residence was bringing too much tourists on the property facilities making the calm and relax challenged compare to previous visits.

The natural pool is a really good idea and the scenery is nice but in September the pool was really dirty.
The rooms are old and not very clean.
