Absolutely beautiful location. Has a private path to the beach which means no crossing roads with children! It’s fantastic!

The beach, the aqua park, the food, the room and the staff were exceptional! Everyone was very kind and helpful.
For me the traffic of golf cars and scooters within the hotel's premises is a bit chaotic. Fortunately there were no accidents. I would highly recommend there are some designated areas where they can be used, speed limit, clear signs, etc. Otherwise the risk of potential accidents is pretty high especially during the summer. There are many small children and also elderly people for which we must all take care. Would be happy to see some measures taken in this direction soon.

Este o zona liniștită cu multă verdeață, spatiu mare, frumos amenajat si îngrijit. Apartamentul a fost curat, aerisit si răcoros datorita copacilor din jur. Piscinele sunt curate, toboganele cu apa sunt o adevărată atracție pentru copii.
Plaja este frumoasa, cu nisip fin, intrarea in apă lină , găsești tot timpul șezlong .
Mâncare destul de diversificată, înghețată foarte bună.
Toaletele comune, la plaja, piscine si restaurant au fot tot timpul destul de murdare.

The evening show by the artists is the key thing about the hotel. Swimming pools are also good.
The common toilettes are disgusting- next to the beach and especially in the main restaurant. The staff is not treated well by the management and this is visible to how they treat the guests.
Worse thing was the broken canal pipe in Sozopol which was pouring out dirty (sh*t) water in the sea and there was a whole epidemic of stomach virus in the area because of it.
The food was rewarmed and re-cooked the next day- often it was not very fresh.
