It was nice and wholesome. Simple and clean.
I didn’t know how to reach reception, but when I texted them directly from my phone, they were very responsive. I wasn’t sure if they provided room service. The information was lacking. Also, it would’ve been great if they'd had more follow-up van pickups with little details like that.

A wonderful place to stay in Göreme, with an excellent location and a truly authentic Cappadocia atmosphere. Our room was an actual cave room, beautifully decorated, cosy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large and very charming property. There are relatively few rooms and guests, which gives the whole place a wonderfully peaceful and private atmosphere. Despite the hotel being quite spacious, it never felt crowded, and it was easy to find a quiet spot where you could enjoy the surroundings completely on your own.
The terraces are one of the highlights of the hotel. They offer beautiful panoramic views over Göreme, and in the mornings you can watch the hot air balloons taking off — an unforgettable Cappadocia experience. There is so much space that you can easily find a secluded spot and barely notice the other guests.
The staff were also excellent — very welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We really appreciated how warmly we were received and how helpful everyone was.
Another big advantage for anyone travelling by car is the convenient on-site parking. This is especially valuable in Göreme, where the narrow streets can make parking quite difficult.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The combination of the cave room, beautiful surroundings, privacy, views and genuinely warm hospitality made the hotel a memorable part of our trip.
The breakfast was probably the only thing that felt below the standard of the hotel. You certainly won't leave hungry, but the selection was rather limited and I expected a little more variety.
Also, in late September it was unfortunately difficult to have breakfast on the terrace because of the large number of wasps. They were extremely persistent and immediately gathered around any food, making it almost impossible to enjoy breakfast outside. As a result, most guests were eating inside the restaurant, where seating is somewhat limited.
Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily consider coming back.

Breakfast was very good, but mostly cold. The .staff offered cooked eggs, which were good.
The staff was outstanding. We had a small medical problem and they went above and beyond duty to help us. Arrisa (sp. ?) at the front desk was wonderful.
More hot options for breakfast and an earlier start.

The location, views from the terrace, good breakfast, proximity to many restaurants.
One of our 2 rooms that we booked, didn't have any windows, views or air conditioning. It was stuffy and had sewer smell in the bathroom. It had a round bed, not suitable for tall people. Despite of specifically asking in advance not to allocate the room number 106 (the worst room in the hotel based on previous reviews), we were offered that room. Please do not accept this room.
