The hotel was in the heart Göreme. Rooms are quaint. Staff at breakfast were helpful and cooked eggs as request. Also had gluten free bread which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.lovely views from the top
We didn’t have a window/ventilation in the bathroom

room was very large and tidy
it was in the main street
staff were very helpful
value for money
given that the whole town knew that balloons were cancelled for that week, I would have appreciated being told. we would not have gone, but I guess the hotel wouldn't make any money then.
not the room we booked (we booked 3 seperate beds not a single and queen)
the single was by a window which was directly under the street lamp, which shone into my eyes through sizable gap in blinds
toilet paper dispenser was cheap and like a public toilet. I prefer a roll of paper.
while the room walls were stone finish, it wasn't "cave like".
