The location was great as it was very close to the center, with many shops and restaurants around. A few steps and then you're there! The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful - comfortable, quiet, and cozy. The rooms are exceptionally clean as well! They have great options for breakfast, too. The staff are very polite and welcoming :)

Such a cute unique stay, the staff were all lovely and super helpful and accommodating of any requests we had. Our room was spotless and the balcony facing the courtyard was such a bonus. The rooftop terrace to watch the balloons in the morning without having to leave the hotel site was really convenient.

given that the whole town knew that balloons were cancelled for that week, I would have appreciated being told. we would not have gone, but I guess the hotel wouldn't make any money then.
not the room we booked (we booked 3 seperate beds not a single and queen)
the single was by a window which was directly under the street lamp, which shone into my eyes through sizable gap in blinds
toilet paper dispenser was cheap and like a public toilet. I prefer a roll of paper.
while the room walls were stone finish, it wasn't "cave like".
