The best panoramic view ! The hotel has many terraces and the view from each is exceptional you have the whole Goreme at your feet and balloons floating above. They dont fly above your head so if you want to be close to them this is not the place. But anyone who would like a panoramic exceptional stunning view of the city and baloons and the hills this is the place to stay!

Very unique property in a great location especially for watching the balloons.
It was a true cave hotel but the only criticism is the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter.

The hotel was located on top of the hill with nice view, not too far from the cict center.(10min on foot)
The room was clean, staffs were kind and could communicate in English.
