The view was beautiful especially the dawn views of the balloon launches. Staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good and wholesome, and the ambiance was nice. The hotel manager was able to offer assistance and answer any questions to our convenience.
A bit of a climb, but otherwise close enough to city center and activities and restaurants.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Everyone was friendly and always offering to help. Breakfast was AMAZING and the afternoon tea was a lovely bonus too. The hotel has two terraces where you can soak in all the views.
It's tucked away from all the noise but still everything is very close and walking distance.

A lovely, cozy boutique hotel with a lot of character. Our room was just the right size for three adults. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of delicious food. Since we were leaving very early on our checkout day, the hotel kindly let us have our breakfast on the day we checked in instead, which we really appreciated. The upper floor also offer a great spot to watch the hot air balloons in the morning.
The towels were a bit worn and could use replacing. As expected for this type of boutique hotel, there is no elevator. The breakfast room is on the second floor, so guests with limited mobility may find the stairs challenging. One of the elderly members of our group struggled a bit with them.
