Location was great, shuttle of luggage and beach towels
It was almost half done, the middle section was completely undone, the pool was not cooled so don’t expect a cold plunge to escape from the heat. our room was in the main section was slightly old but nothing too bad!

Good location. Luggage collection from the pier was appreciated. Phi phi itself is lovely.
Room very dated and not the cleanest - used fake eyelash in the bedding. Beds were rock hard. Not all plug sockets worked. Shower would not stay consistent, constantly went from freezing to hot. Shower also pointed directly at the opposite wall - impossible to use without having to hold the shower head. Bathroom also had black mould, the bathroom door was also wooden and would not close properly. No bug nets - we had bugs and mosquitoes in our room and got bitten every night whilst asleep. The pool was also very warm with no cooling system so not refreshing in the heat.
