Lähellä rantaa mutta muuten ei ole mitään hyvä sanottavaa valitettavasti.

Likainen alue ja huone. siivojat heitteli kanssa lakanoita ja pyyhkeitä törkyseen maahan, altaat eivät olleet siistin näköisiä eikä alueet, rakennus myös sotkuinen ja ala-arvoisen näköisiä sisältä ja ulkoa päin. Kuvat todellakin vääristi todellisuutta. Sängyt oli kovia ja alue todella meluisa. Odotin enemmän rantahotellilta jota oltiin kehuttu muuten. En ymmärrä enää miksi.

Bon emplacement et rapport qualité prix

L’hotel est très bien situé sur le coté plage de l’ile, le restaurant est près de la plage avec quelques tables sous les palmiers. La piscine est très grande et même si c’est un grand hôtel il sembles y avoir suffisamment de chaises.

L’hôtel est très grand et malheureusement notre chambre était a l’arrière près d’une rue principale avec de la musique très forte jusqu’à tard dans la nuit, donc je recommande de demander une chambre au centre ou près de la plage.

Lovely stay, would recommend

This was such a lovely stay for 4 nights. The rooms were good, the pool was lovely and the staff were also very attentive. Your rooms get made up for you every day with fresh towels and more water. For the price you pay it is so worth it!

Only negative thing is the noise at night, but that isn’t the property’s fault.

Great location on the beach and a nice pool

Near the main nightclub on the beach which was loud at night and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable

Poor

good location, friendly staff at reception

Money was stolen from my bag (99% sure this was the cleaners) while we were away from the room as no one else entered the room. Very disappointing as the stay itself wasn’t bad, but this ruined my experience unfortunately

Some issues, but I will come back, as staff were amazing as was the location.

The location of the property was great; right by the beach and near all the bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely. Staff were amazing, can’t fault any of them.

Despite the fact that it was very cheap, I still expected the room to be clean. We also had an issue with the door. when opening; it would jam quarter of the way, so it hit us on the face as we tried to enter, then having to use some force to get it to open completely. You should have someone fix that as someone else may make a complaint. I personally left it as the staff member who showed us to our room noticed it. So i trust it was reported. Aware it wasn’t going to be fixed during our stay. I guess for the price we paid my only expectation of a clean room and bathroom were not met.

The only thing that I disliked was the AC did not work perfectly, and no cold air, we noticed it at the hotel but the problem did not solve. It was so hot in the room.

it would have been a good stay if they took the time to properly clean the building and rooms

the staff was pretty friendly and helpful

our bathroom looked like the mirror and shower hadn’t been cleaned in months and the building hallways were horrid. even after we went and complained they came and scrubbed the toilet and called it good. definitely not staying here again.

Overall good value for the price

Location is very good, on the beach, close to everything. It is very loud at night, but we didnt have problem with that. The pool is amazing, big, and direct on the beach. The breakfast was very nice, alao on the beach, with big variety of food, from thai to pancakes, good fruit choices and coffee. The pool and the breakfast are the strong points for the good review.

Rooms are not that good. Could be better. AC leaked and was very loud. Book superior one, they are nicer than the standard.

We had a cleaning problem with our room when we checked in. Staff was great and we were upgraded to much better room without any payments. Location was in the middle of the beach which was great. Pool with sea view (other hotels seemed like they even didn’t have a pool…)

AMAZING place wish we could go back ASAP

We loved this place. Great location on the beach and the pool is magnificent. The rooms really comfy and big. The best place we stayed in Thailand for 1 month.

- Pool was fantastic, drinks were good and the music as well. - Room was modern and had good amenities - Perfect Location; beach access and to the main strips of shops - Despite some of the reviews - It was only noisy until 7pm which was fine, we thought it was going to be much later

- Shower could have been a bit cleaner

Amazing Stay 🤩

I changed to PP Princess Hotel and it was absolutely perfect! JOY from reception she is really really nice, always trying to help and smiling, very welcome person. I will back to PP Princess very soon! Thanks Joy to make our stay so special!

Watch out

Location

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Thank God we only stayed for one night and were super tired so we could catch some sleep. Do not trust the pictures. We took a standard double room and it looked and smelled disgusting which is unbelievable for this price. We booked it based on pictures and Agoda reviews without looking on Google and regretted it. The bathroom is completely and utterly disgusting, we were dirty and sweaty but decided not to shower here because of the conditions. Moldy floors, hairs everywhere, moldy smell, unwiped surfaces. The window has no isolation, it is as old as the island and the noise coming from outside would have been unbearable if we weren't as tired as we were. If you wish yourself well, do not stay here, at least not in the standard room.

worst customer service ever

would not recommend! sent my clothes to laundry service and they lost my pants! I talked with the people in front office and they didn’t even care saying they are not accountable as they use a 3rd party for this service. pictures are not recent, bath is dirty and pool super crowded

Exceptional

Everything is perfect about this place. Best location, best staff, best pool, best beach... breakfast was great, I mean, we decided to extend our stay in this hotel, just because the staff has been very kind to me and my family. I'll repeat every time I come to Phi Phi!

Dont come here, highly not recommended

Don’t stay here, we don’t have high standards (low maintenance people!) and this hotel did not even meet the minimum. The interesting part is that this hotel uses the PP princes resort rooms, so dont even thing about paying more for the PP Princes because it is the same hotel. While it might not be the staff’s fault, the hotel is not run well whatsoever. Where to begin? 1. they do not provide hand soap. 2. The walls are paper thin 3. The doors at all the rooms in the hallway are slammed when closed - woke me up every time someone entered/ exited a room. 4. Bed was hard and not comfortable 5. Hot water is only available after turning on the air conditioning below 19 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes in order to get only 3 minutes of warm shower 6. They decided to start paining all of our neighboring rooms during the 2nd night of our stay, thereafter our room stunk like paint for the 2nd and 3rd (last) night of our stay there 7. They offered to transport our bags from the hotel to the pier when we checked out which we thought was nice. Only to have them return to us soaking wet from the 5 minute walk. If only we’ve known they would not cover the bags properly we would have done this ourselves 8. I don’t normally feel so strongly about writing reviews but really had an unsatisfactory stay and would like other fellow travelers to know about it before making a booking decision
