Perfectly situated in a quiet part of Phi Phi, that's extremely close to the 2nd beach, club areas and the entrance to the viewpoints. The staff are wonderful and accessible at any time throughout. Good facilities for such small rooms.
The rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything that happens in the corridors and the adjacent rooms, which isn't ideal when drunken people arrive in the early hours, especially when they blast terrible music for their pre-drinks. The bath room is cramp but not too much of an issue.

Tiny shower, bad smell very hard mattress and horrible (no offence) but horrible synthetic bed sheets!!!
