Would've been nice with a small bottle of water in the room on arrival day, especially during summer.
An extra pillow would have been appreciated.
No furniture on the balcony. So not able to use it.
Would have been good to have a room key/card each instead of sharing one, especially when you're splitting up from time to time to do your own thing.
Also a bit inconvenient having to leave the room key/ card in the reception every time you went out.
The area Omonia & Metaxourgeio is horrible and you see things and people in a horrific state on the streets which you rather wouldn't... But it's not the fault of the hotel or course. Many other hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops etc have the same problem...It's extremely sad that such a great area have been so run down and nothing is being done about it...
But, having that said, you can walk anywhere you like. If not, metro and buses run close by.

Very simple, comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very close to the metro, the HOHO bus stop and various restaurants, bars and minimarts.
We were on a citybreak and hardly at the hotel, so it makes an excellent base.
Very safe and secure. No room safe, but we went out one day and accidently left the door ajar, and nothing was missing!!!!
The open drug use in the side streets and on the steps of the metro during broad daylight. If you stay on the main street and by the hotel you are fine, but I wouldn't go wandering down side streets or metro late at night.....
Not sure I would stay with small kids.
