The hotel is lovely. Really could not ask for more. I visited Laos with my 2 kids. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom and toilet, very nice pool with pool area. The staff were amazing, the welcoming part was very nice. The hotel is 5-7 minutes walk to the center . Really close to it all. The hotel staff took care of all our taxi/shuttle/train tickets with much care. Overall I highly recommend this hotel. We thank you for everything.

Villa Maly is lovely and the staff exceptionally held and delightful
The bathrooms are quite small and the room we had quite dark

Breakfast poor,.Room uncomfortable first room was dirty and smelled odd dump .We complained the second room that they suggest good size but smelled worst .The third room was ok .No dump and lighter than the other dark rooms .
Towels were so old that instead of being white and fluffy they were grey and hard with no absorbing.
