Amazing place with windows and balcony looking out onto the river. Full teak wood and exceptionally clean, most comfortable bed, and warmest nicest staff, I just wish I stayed longer!

The manager/owner was friendly and the place looked nice.
She said the river view room i booked 3 months before was not available, only a room without a view but she could arrange for me to stay at another hotel 1 minute away with a river view room. She showed me photos and the new room looked nice and I agreed. I was taken by moped (not something I would usually do) taking 5mins to the new place. The new room was ok but on a busy road, and the breakfast was basic.
I had just arrived from the UK, was bone tired and jet lagged. I just want to warn others to stand their ground and not be a fool like me. I lost my avios points, because my original booking was cancelled and the next booking was done direct.
I did go back and tell the manager this and she paid for my taxi to the airport but it didn't compensate me for the inferior room or lost points.
