Good location; less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and around a 20 minute walk to the leaning tower.
Check in was easy, the hosts were friendly and clear.
Good value for money.
The room was clean and had all amenities you need, especially the aircon was a relief from the intense summer heat.
The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable.
The windows were very thin; we could hear people talking and shouting all night making it hard to sleep

Nice and clean and fine for a one night stay. The lady was friendly. Good location for train station.
It was fine for one night but felt like you were in somebody else’s house which wouldn’t have suited us for longer.

Good selection of snacks and tea and coffee in the room. It was comfortable and clean. I only stayed for one night and it did the job for me.
I didn’t know the bathroom wasn’t en suite, luckily I was the only one using it that one night I stayed. It is rooms within a family home, they keep very separate but it felt a bit awkward especially using the bathroom which wasn't in my room. But they were nice, so I can’t really complain.

Accommodation is near the train station and main attractions in Pisa.
Second room was clean, it was ok.
First room was not good. It should be totally refreshed. Photos on Booking are not showing rooms in real.
Accommodation area smells bad.
Bathrooms are very small and needs also be refreshed.
