Private off street parking,
The room was cold upon entering. There wasn't any staff at reception when we arrived and it was closed due to a medical emergency The guests were being called but we were missed.
The room was cold, we had to put the electric blankets on.

Loved the quality of sheets used . Have stayed in more “chic” digs that skimp on the essentials.
Super friendly family feel . Generously sized + deliciously hot shower ! Really clean with helpful basics provided. Toaster and microwave in addition to kettle came in very handy.
Reckon switching the ashtrays out front for a potted plant would be a big improvement… that said people would then most likely use the plant for an ashtray !! This place has so much going for it … I feel like even a mini makeover would give the boutique b&b ‘s of Blackheath a run for their money !
