Young man at front desk was friendly. Breakfast was different - the cook forgot about ne so I didn’t get offered any cooked breakfast for almost half an hour. I wondered if fruit was the only thing on offer!

Decent accommodation for the price we paid.
In a central location- just head down by foot via the busy and safe Carrida 7 into the city centre and the Candelaria.
Two corner shops within 50m of the hotel.
Friendly staff but not much English spoken.
They don't have a hairdryer in every room so we had to ask for one.

The staff is very polite and always tried to meet your request , they allow us to do a late check in we appreciated , the location is good if you want to visit multiple places
The beds were like a solid rock , so uncomfortable despite the good side of it

It's close to stores and the staff is very kind.
The mattress and pillows are very firm, so I could not sleep well. The description of the room wasn't accurate, said a king bed, and it's most likely a full bed.
