The room was fine but would rather an easy entry shower than a step over spa. Lovely gardens and great to have an 11am checkout. Pleasant receptionist.

Noise from the neighbour's room came up the staircase as there was no top door. There was no noise policy on the room blurb. It never hurts to remind people to be more thoughtful in a quiet area as noise carries easily and can disturb others. Most places nowadays ask people to be quiet between 10pm and 9am or something to that effect.

Enjoyed the comfy beds and the carpeted floor which was a true plus as we were really feeling quite cold from the weather. The balconies and spa tub were a nice touch but we didn't really use them. Location was really nice too - very near Wentworth Lakes playground, which our kiddo loved!

The apartment was slightly old (but clean, fortunately). Also the WiFi was a bit spotty at times

Comfortable and private.

I was extremely disappointed that they got rid of the fire places. I have stayed numerous times and was looking forward to that. That is what people go to the mountains for. A nice fireplace in the evening. You will definitely loose clientele with that decision to board them all up.
