Staff molto accogliente, il proprietario Fabrizio è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per Alghero e altro. Stanza grande, bagno nuovo praticamente e doccia molto grande! Posizione ottima a pochissimi minuti dal centro di Alghero e soprattutto se si ha la macchina proprio accanto ci sta un’area parcheggio molto grande. Frigo in camera utilissimo e balcone super carino e spazioso.
Unica cosa probabilmente i letti, materassi molto morbidi, per il resto tutto super!

Nice apartment, all mods cons, well equipped kitchen, bathroom was stocked.
Perfect for a couple looking for something quiet, but also close enough walking distance to the center/quays.
The area felt safe.
Nit-picking, but the keys were awkward for opening the doors and took several attempts some times.
The host and cleaners kept the apartment itself beautifully so I can't complain

La camera era molto pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort (era presente lo stendino con mollette, struccante, stuoie per la spiaggia, bollitore, macchina del caffè con cialde…tutte cose assolutamente non scontate).
La posizione ottima, a 15min a piedi dal centro di Alghero.
È presente il self check-in spiegato accuratamente prima del nostro arrivo tramite whatsapp.
Il proprietario è stato disponibile da subito, ci ha fornito anche lo spazio nel suo garage privato per parcheggiare la moto.
Lo consiglio! Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo!

Out of the city centre. It was quite an extra effort in finding parking space.
Good communication with host.
Very clean room and bathroom.
Working airco though after fitting the right key in the lock, it did not work instantly.
The time it was alright !
BedRoom number 1 with bathroom very spacious either a window to open for fresh air.
Mattress was unfortunately somehow soft.
Self checkin, with key box.
No visual/ direct contact with host which i find very un personal and too commercial. Note ; this is my opinion ! . And i could have know this before i booked.
I am sorry to say that, I found this accommodation highly overrated and over priced, also when reading the reviews.
