Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Alghero City; Zentrum sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca 5-10 min). Parken ist um die Unterkunft kostenlos, jedoch sind keine ausgewiesenen Parkplätze verfügbar; Es sind aber sehr viele Stree-Parking Spots vorhanden. Das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und ist sehr sauber; kein Balkon.
Der Check-In und Check-Out Prozess ist sehr stress-frei - man bekommt eine Video-Anleitung die sehr einfach zu befolgen ist.
Um die Ecke ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei.
Leider gibt es keinen Kühlschrank, das wäre noch angenehm gewesen; und etwas mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern wäre praktisch. Sonst passt alles. Wie gesagt: Preis-Leistung passt.

Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole. La posizione è ottima e comoda per visitare la città e raggiungere il mare. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e la pulizia della struttura era buona.
Come suggerimento per migliorare l’esperienza degli ospiti, soprattutto in una località di mare durante la stagione estiva, sarebbe utile avere un frigorifero in camera o a disposizione degli ospiti. Inoltre, era presente una macchinetta del caffè, ma mancavano le cialde e i bicchieri per poterla utilizzare.
Infine, l’accesso al balcone risultava bloccato e non utilizzabile.

Great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, making it a comfortable place to stay.
A small issue was that during our 7-day stay, the room was not serviced, and the bed linen and towels were not changed. This is something that could be improved for longer stays.
