Spacious and modern room, albeit too minimalist, with nicely designed bathroom.
The bed was terribly noisy, making squeaky sounds anytime we moved, which was quite disturbing to our sleep. There is also no sound insulation, so you can hear the neighbors when they enter or leave the apartment, go to the kitchen, or go take a shower. Moreover, there is an upstairs neighbor who seems to be moving furniture around every morning at 7 AM.

Our deluxe room with bathroom were big enough. The bed was comfortable. Wifi worked properly during our stay. The owner was very responsive, with quick and valuable feedbacks. The common kitchen equipped with dishes and plates, fridge, microwave, espresso coffee machine, kettle, were very useful. There is quite good market just across the street. The bus stop for Maria Pia beach is 100m away, while old city is 15 min by walk.
It would be nice to have more place for the clothes (one more wardrobe). We knew that there is no TV, but it would be nice to have it, as well as one small table in the room, as deluxe room was quite big for that. But this is just recommendation for fully comfortable longer stay.
