Great location, an easy walk from the station. Bus and street car stops just outside the hotel. Comfortable clean rooms. Luggage storage available as well.
It was Golden week, so we expected it to be busy. However, the hotel should have anticipated this too. We were told to book in for breakfast. We chose 7.30am so that we could be done by 8 and start our sightseeing for the day. Our return to Tokyo was at 12.30pm... so we only had the morning to look around. However, when we got to breakfast, we were turned away because it was too busy. We explained that we had booked and they explained that too many people had shown up for breakfast! By the time we were seated at 8.15ish... there was very little food, zero trays, no coffee. Absolutely terrible. They also allowed very junior staff to deal with the angry clients. Also, unfortunately, when I went to use the onsen, a bus load of Chinese tourists had just arrived and the onsen was crowded. It was the first time that I had to stand naked in the middle of the shower area waiting for people to free up a shower! Well... more specifically... for unsupervised children to stop playing with the water while their mothers showered.

Bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok.
Twin room was very small room.
Can't move around with 2 luggages in the room.
