Upper villa with terrace - very generous size , specially the bathroom and terrace .
It has direct beach access , short walk and you can be at beach bar/ restaurants on the beach .
Free kayaks for the guests .
Breakfast is very good , big variety and good quality, many fruits and you can make your fresh juice by yourself.
In - room complimentary snacks are very nice and good quality.
Many stairs 😂 to go to the beach and back .
The resort feels bit tired for the price .
The facilities are not as nice as you would expect. Pool is basic and no shadow . No kids slides or kids club . The yoga room floor needs re-do , your feet and hands get particles of polish sticked .

The location, the staff and the property are all top notch. We had originally booked 2 nights and extended it to 5. I could have stayed another week. I must say- the staff are really exceptional-
Everyone from the front desk to the pool side and the restaurant- lovely people, always smiling and helpful and earnest about it! I’ve lived in Asia for 20 years. I’m no fool (unless you ask my wife) - I’m so impressed with this team. Thank you to everyone! (And the food is very good too!!)
The only small downside is the trash that washed up on the beach. This is blown all the way from Phuket and not the fault of the hotel- but if they could work to gather it a little more quickly would make a difference…

Everything except beech was not cleaned properly
They must work on beech, next door varana beech was so clean.
