The location is perfect and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like I was staying in a family's property, so welcoming.

Small but clean, comfortable with very helpful staff, very central location for most of the main attractions other than the Colliseum which is a taxi ride away but not that far. Two great restaurants next door. Organised an airport taxi for us which came bang on time.
Other than the fact breakfast was not included there was nothing to dislike. There is an arrangement with the hotel opposite to have breakfast there for a fee.

Bathroom accessible only by one room, the guest in the second room to access the bath must pass through the other room (even during the night!)
