Will definitely come back.

Thunderbird did not disappoint, the place is beautiful! The breakfast buffet is also good.

I didn’t like their online messaging in booking.com, or lack thereof- nobody responded to my multiple messages. I wish their swimming pool has a deeper section, it is not fun to swim in as every part is only 4 feet deep. The chicken longanisa (or is it chicken sausage?) in the breakfast menu is horrible, like chewing on rubber, plus it doesn’t taste nice. Pls use a different brand.

Rooms improvements is a must.

Breakfast was great, staff are friendly and considerate. Rooms were disappointing, particularly the 2-BR, the floor was always moist. Not suitable when you are accompanied by kids. There clean it though but they should have transfer us to other room. The Villa lost water connection during the night but luckily it was restored after a few minutes.

Overall it was a good stay. We'd like to come back someday.

I like the whole area, we enjoyed the place. Nice staff, nice room except for my noisy neighbors, superb view. Complimentary breakfast is good we loved it.

very disappointed, I expected better, service and accommodations but my expectations failed

place is very spacious

rooms were dirty and some staffs were not very friendly and very limited towel supplies with the price you pay/ night, it’s not at all worth it. Breakfast is the worst with what you pay, the worst buffet I ever had. they need to have better options for their guests. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been.

Beach not good enough, cleaning of the pool too late for an early morning swimming, delay in services need follow up, climate is too hot, not enough food in the resto breakfast buffet n dinner buffet, the pool too stingy for too much chlorine

Good but not as good as I was expecting.

old paint of the structure, looks dirty, needs re-paint already esp lobby area. Pool water was not clear/clean. No water around 1:30am til past 6am. When we were swimming at the bar area, accdng to them, we should get towel from the lobby area which made us disappointed. The side area of the bar was not neat and clean.

Pleasant

Beautiful pools that were very clean, evening meal was amazing in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately during our stay there was a party of extremely noisy guests that would should and scream during the early hours of the morning. It was so bad one night I contacted reception. In addition, on one morning there were so many guests for breakfast tables were erected in the reception area and the queue to select breakfast was around 15 minutes.

No longer the place it was once renowned for. Look elsewhere as you're only paying for the name.

Staff were accommodating liked the free shuttle service in and around the resort.

Breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Only 5 types of meals which dint match, also, flies were on the fruits. My room had a broken bidet which sparked in the middle of the night as well as some weird tapping noise in the room coming from a pipe!
