A sparkling and regal-looking hotel, the lobby area in particular looks 5-star. Very efficient staff. Very large and attractive rooms. Looks far more expensive than the price paid. Two pools and a decent gym to boot. And a free shuttle service to the more lively areas.
Two issues. Noise really echoes down the hallways and through the doors. If your neighbours are partying to might hear a little too much. Also, if you are facing the road, street noise can be an issue too. Second, the air-con regularly kicks in and goes off by itself -- perhaps its on a timer, but it starts up with a great clatter and a wheeze, not what you want to hear at 5:00 AM.

I really liked the food, and the facilities! The pool was amazing, I loved how it looks. I really liked the staff, they we're very nice & polite! They ladies laughed and played jokes with me when I accidentally went into the Women's bathroom 😅.
I didn't like that there was a small amount of TV channels.

Room size was good
Cleaners taking money out of room even tho it was change and not much it was the point of it
Also room was never cleaned properly
