This is the nicest hotel in Gili Islands. Loved all the space on the property. You can really get away from all the chaos of the Gillis. Our room and private pool just made our trip! The food was just ok. But we did love the breakfast and they brought it to our villa and we ate on the front porch. The staff was very friendly and seem to always know who we were.
When we arrived, their lovely snorkel boat was already booked. They did not email me to make a reservation in advance. When I asked what other company would be good to use, the lady told us "oh just any of them, there are lots of companies near the harbour". So NO help there. No offer to make a phone call or make sure we got on a nice boat within the three days were there. Don't expect any help with info outside the estate. They want you to eat there, use their activities and laundry. I found this very bothersome.

The staff were all fantastic, always friendly helpful and willing to assist in any way. The setting is spacious and tranquil and the beachside eating area is stunning, a perfect setting for a superb breakfast as you watch sea turtles swim by.
