My 3rd stay in this lovely hotel right on the beach. Near enough to the bars, but not too near that you can hear any noise. Room was excellent - very comfortable and very clean. Staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Nice pool area, with swim up bar. A few useful facilities - pool towel service, bike hire etc. Restaurant is one of the best on the island... very well priced for freshly cooked delicious food, and nice views over the ocean (or poolside) whilst you eat. Staff in the restaurant were exceptional - couldn't do enough to make your dining experience great! A very enjoyable stay... I will continue to use this hotel.
The only reason for the 9 rating, and not the 10... lack of water in the bathroom. Shower water often came out as a dribble (which we tried but failed to still use), and sometimes little by way of hot water. Water seemed salty too. Twice we had to call to get water so we could shower. This is only a small issue, and it certainly did NOT ruin our stay... but an issue worth mentioning, and one they need to get on top of.

PEARL OF TRAWANGAN was absolutely amazing!
Location 5 minute walk from Port & across from the beach.
The staff/service was beyond excellent. Nothing was an issue & they were so helpful when needed.
Breakfast was delicious, al la carte menu with fresh fruit & pastries delivered to your table. All food ordered from restaurant was fresh & delicious.
Pool area was stunning, salt water & very refreshing.
Room was clean, well sized and comfortable.
Will definitely re-visit and highly recommend.

Loved having breakfast on beach and room overlooking pool
Breakfast was delicious and prompt. Coffee great.
Busy from upstairs. Could hear toilet and shower and banging during night.
Needs a Matt at front of room to brush feet so you don't drag sand in room
Would be good to be advised you can hire private snorkel tour from the beach in front of hotel.
Breakfast pastries were too big so didn't have. Would have been nicer to have small ones.
