The place is just perfect! I'm sure I'll go back there The place is just perfect! I'm sure I'll go back there when I have the chance. There are a variety of activities, the place is clean, every corner is a feast for the eyes!when I have the chance.
The only thing that needs improvement is the food. The variety was very limited and repeated itself during the meals. There
is a need for upgrading the level of food, variety and quality. At the same time, the chef was very kind and welcoming!
Additionally, the horse riding experience was quite disappointing. I do not recommend for adults. More suitable for children. From a safety reason, riding is at a walking pace only when a staff member leads the horse on foot. If I had known this in advance I would not have ridden.

Lopota Lake Resort & Spa is a beautiful place, we loved staying there - breakfast was delicious (we sat outside and enjoyed lovely sunshine and birds singing), as well as the Asian and Georgian Restaurants for Lunch and Dinner were great - the food was good and the staff was affable and accommodating. We also did wine tasting at Château Buera, which was great. Spa facilities are amazing, they also have horse stables and pedalos. Overall, very good experience and good value for money - highly recommend it!

The location was superb, the facilities at the resort was too good. the staff very attentive. The variety of restaurant was great as well. Ideal for family vacations.
The rooms could have been more equipped, the bathroom tiles were coming off. The rooms were quite basic for the price. The breakfast could have been better. with so many indian visiting, maybe a Tea option could have been provided in the breakfast. The indoor pool had tile chips coming off.

Very quite/remote location, good to recharge your batteries
We booked all inclusive, but they offered only one out of 4 restaurants to dine in, other restaurants we had to pay.
All facilities in the hotel are chargeable, normally, Sauna and steambath are complimentary in all hotels we stayed so far

The European Restaurant is has a great interior and The Fireplace was a hilight. But its a No Smoking Area:(.

المبنى رقم 15 يعتبر أحدث المباني والوحيد الذي يوجد به مصعد
بالتأكيد سوف نكرر زيارتنا للمنتجع في حال زرنا جورجيا مرة أخرى.
ينقفص المنتجع وجود ميني ماركت واضافة شطافات لدورات المياه.
الطريق للمنتجع متعب نوعا ما ولكنه يستحق العناء.
ومن المعلوم ان وقت المغادرة الساعة 12 ظهرا ولكن بطاقة فتح الباب لم تعد تعمل عند الساعة 9 صباحا مما اضطرني أن اطلب من موظفين النظافة فتح الباب وكان من المفترض أن تعمل البطاقة حتى وقت المغادرة.

المكان روعه بمعنى الكلمه نقطة استجمام للعائله يوجد انشطه مثل ركوب القوارب والخيول والدبابات والسياكل اعجبني المطعم الايطالي لذيذ لكن يقفل الساعه 10 موظفة الاستقبال ناتسي كانت قمه باللطافه اشكر طاقم العمل كامل
لا يوجد شطاف في الحمام ولا يوجد سوبر ماركت لشراء الاغراض الشخصية

The property provides a very comfortable, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well maintained and clean. The property also has a variety of activities to do and there is something for everyone in the family to do. Moreover, the front desk staff are super helpful and never hesitated to help us with anything we needed. They accommodated all our requests. They went above and beyond!
It needs some type of mini shop where you can buy snacks, water or anything you might need.

Great location: very well-organized facilities around a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains.
The room is spacious and has a great view of the lake. Nice balcony too. The bed is very comfy: firm mattress and all sorts of pillows for a restful sleep. We prefer flatter pillows, so the hotel fulfilled our request. The hotel also offered a room upgrade for our stay and a welcoming gift of Georgian sweets. It was a nice touch to make our experience unforgettable.
We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. The weather surprised us with snow, and it turns out ideally to take a sauna and watch the snowflakes fall on the terrace outside.
Our breakfast was amazing and plentiful. We were surprised by perfectly made eggs benedict and freshly baked bread at the breakfast. It seems that most of the produce the hotel gets locally which is a great approach and appreciated.
We dined out at a few restaurants at the resort, and the Oval restaurant with its tasty Italian cuisine, decor and fireplaces has won our hearts.
The resort is stylishly designed and has lots of things to offer: walk around the lake and vineyards, hiking, horse riding, spa and sports (ice skating in winter, tennis/basketball/football in summer). Lots of swimming pools (outdoor/indoor) and chairs/tables to chill in the area outside. Several restaurants of various cuisines and bars to hang out at. We did not have enough time to try it all and would definitely need to come back to check out everything. Highly recommend as a weekend getaway!

My experience with the lady receptionist at your hotel was utterly disappointing. Throughout our interaction, she exhibited unprofessional behavior by constantly staring, laughing, and giggling at us, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, she wasn't even handling the check-in process, leaving her inappropriate conduct unchecked.
Fortunately, the gentleman handling our check-in was courteous and went above and beyond by upgrading our room. However, the constant comments and laughter from the lady receptionist standing beside him overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay.
It is disheartening to witness such behavior from a member of your staff, especially considering the significant investment the hotel owner has made in creating a fine establishment. I implore you to reconsider the recruitment of such employees as their actions can tarnish the reputation of your otherwise excellent hotel.
I'm planning to shoot an email to the hotel owners and the whole management crew, Natalia included, sharing the details of this not-so-great experience. Just wanted to point out that having folks with such behavior on the team can seriously affect the hotel's rep and earnings

This place feels like heaven. It’s huge and with lots of activities that you won’t need to leave the resort. Every single staff member is super friendly and we were Lucky Natalia took extra care of us during our stay. It has 4 restaurants to choose from & their spa is great ask for Roni she’s amazing.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like here! Not exaggerating they’re not paying me to say this :D

It is a great resort with all the facilities. The only challenge we faced was the language as most of the staff is not English speaking within the resort. The Slavik bath section was particularly challenging language wise although it was a great experience.

Location is breathtaking . They have utilized the nature to built the resort and selected not less than Perfect location. Facilities at the resorts are excellent, Multiple restaurants (2 of them providing halal food), kids club, horse riding, boating, cycling, gym, basketball, football, tennis and many more. This resort is worth visiting. Their breakfast is generous and can be compared with any international hotel in Dubai. A Must Visit Place.
Overall it's an excellent place to stay with your family, however they need some improvement in the room service and their policy about the drinking water in the room.

We were quite impressed by the personal communication with Sofio. She was very responsive to our inquiries and our welcome to the room was exceptional because our needs were anticipated. Additionally, the personal touches made us feel like we were known, returning guests, although it was our first visit. That is quite an accomplishment for a large resort.
A wide variety of lunch/dinner options are available, with lovely restaurant experiences within the resort, and the prices are quite reasonable.
Besides soaking up the beautiful scenery, there are plenty of activities to enjoy!
We felt the room service options could be improved.

The place is just breathtaking, beautiful nature wherever you look. The staff is very kind as well as service and experience oriented. The room was nice. The restaurants, especially the Chateu, were very good. They have many activities, some included, and some for extra charge. All in all I would recommend it to a friend.
You can not choose or know in advance what would be the exact view from your room, for us it makes a big difference.
The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very high, and we ended up sleeping without them or waking up with neck and back pain.
The food in the dining hall, although versatile, is not clean nor fresh enough.. I did end up throwing up a few times as well as having other digestive issues.
It is also important to note they do not have the capability to tend to dietary restrictions. My husband has celiac and is also lactose intolerant, and it was challenging, to say the least. The staff is very kind and does try to help, but we didn't feel like they fully understood what we were asking.
So if you have dietary restrictions, maybe better to try their wonderful restaurants instead of the dining hall.
