Good size room with balcony. Very quiet location. Restaurant offered a wide choice of food options. Nice views across the lake.

On the positive side, the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. They were always smiling, extremely welcoming, and went out of their way to help us solve any problems and answer all our questions. Another major plus was our room: it was exceptionally large and spacious, featuring a huge balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Additionally, the hotel provided us with tickets to the nearby water park, which turned out to be a fantastic bonus. We had an amazing time there, and the food at the park's restaurants was both delicious and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was disappointing; many items were consistently running out, and the bread was dry. Furthermore, because of the hotel's proximity to the forest, the room had quite a few mosquitoes, cockroaches, and other flying bugs. As for the hotel's pool, it is quite small and lacks any shaded areas, making it hard to relax comfortably during peak sun hours.

Welcoming stuff, great location next to the water park, rich breakfast
Lack of housekeeping, in 3 nights stay we were left once without towels for few hours, once without sheets. Seems like the facility operates at max capacity and max capabilities

Nice location next to a reservoir, and not too far from the city center by car. Clearly catered towards families.
Doesn’t really feel like a 5* hotel. Cheap materials, poor architecture and interior design, messy layouts of rooms snd facilities. The surrounding needs some cleanup - rusty metal is not what you want to have as your ‘sea view’.
