Literally everything was amazing. We had to come here last minute because of issues with our Airbnb and it ended up being our favorite place we stayed at. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was delicious and room was very comfortable.

The location is up on the hill, pretty hard to access even by car. But if you're up for a short hike, then it'll be okay, since the view of the city from the room's balcony is great.
I thought the staff could've been friendlier.

The hotel has a wonderful wiev of Tblisi. Its very central, yet in a quiet area. I had two different rooms in the two highest floors with spacious balconys with marvellous wievs. (The standard balcony, is on the smaller side, and has wievs but more constricted.)
The breakfast is exellent.
The people working there are charming and kind. I had very nice conversations with an quite philosophical young man in the breakfastroom, and Anna in the reception who recommended contemporary Georgian writers I could read.
The aircondition worked wery well, even though it vas 30 degrees (celsius).
Tip; the bar you can se right under the cablevay and the fortress is very nice. Just walk up to the right from the hotel, through a calm public terrace outside a church, take the stairs to the left all the vay up to Mother og Georgia statue(5min), then to the left passing some souvenirshops, and then to the left down 3 mins, and have a beer and take a look at all of Tblisi.
I think they could make more of the roofterrace, the furnture needs a makeover and could be a lot moore comforable, and what about the possibility of buying drinks to take up? Still it is exellent to be able to bring takeaway there as it is now.
Some areas of the hotel seems a bit dark, and could use som tlc and charming details to make the most of it.
The house right across the street is quite shabby, with an old sofa outside, it might be a bit distressing if you have just landed in Tblisi, just overlook it, thats how Tblisi is, a mix of old and new, shabby and beautiful.
