La posizione veramente eccezionale dell'appartamento ci ha consentito di visitare la città con agio. L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è confortevole e arredato con molto gusto. Il letto matrimoniale è confortevole e la biancheria è di buona qualità. Ci sono due deliziosi terrazzini, che avevano una bella vista sui tetti della città, sulla torre civica e sul campanile della Cattedrale. Inoltre, negli spazi comuni era a disposizione un frigorifero che ci è stato molto utile.
Abbiamo soggiornato probabilmente nei giorni più caldi dell'estate 2026 e il fatto che la nostra stanza fosse un sottotetto e non fosse climatizzato è stato un po' pesante, specialmente nella zona a più stretto contatto con il soffitto dove è inserito il letto singolo. Temo che se le temperature continueranno a salire, sarà necessario installare un condizionatore. Già nelle scale si avvertiva che la temperatura ai piani più bassi era molto più gradevole.
Inoltre migliorerei la disponibilità di dispositivi antizanzare e installerei una porta/tenda per evitare l'eccessiva fuoriuscita d'acqua dalla doccia.

We had a great stay! The apartment is reachable only by stairs but you can enjoy two balconies and a view to the Belfort tower. The beds were comfortable and there was even a shared kitchen downstairs. Communication with Marc was easy via WhatsApp.
In summer it was pretty hot in the apartment, as it's located on the top of the building, but we opened the windows on both sides which helped. The chairs on the balcony were not clean and not very comfortable but ok.

La ubicación es excelente, está situado a tan solo 5 minutos de la Catedral de St Bavon. El apartamento es tal cuál sale en las fotos, tiene ducha y bañera. Todo un lujo! Entra mucha luz en el apartamento, no tiene persianas, son solo cortinas, pero cubre muy bien la ventana. Eramos 3 amigas y solo había 2 conjuntos de toallas, pero le enviamos un WhatsApp a Marc y nos respondió enseguida y nos dijo donde habian más. Hay un office en la planta principal con una nevera compartida (todo el mundo respeta tu espacio), para nosotras fue un punto extra muy importante, ya que a tan solo 2 minutos hay un carrefour express para comprar lo necesario para desayunar, pero sin cocinar ya que no hay fogones.
Las camas son muy comodas.
Un pequeño detalle para tener en cuenta ya que para alguien puede ser un inconveniente, las escaleras para subir a los apartamentos son estrechas y algo inclinadas. Aunque en Gante todos los locales a donde fuimos también eran así! 😅
