Clean, pleasant and comfortable room. Helpful and welcoming staff, offering useful advice. I'm surprised its rating is only 2.
Nothing major, maybe an extra hook on the wall and a shaving mirror above the sink.

As a tourist, the location was perfect. The Central train station was a 5-minute walk away and the harbour area was also not too far. The staff were nice and always answered calls. I got everything I needed for my 4-day solo stay. Most of the time I was outside, so I didn't need a big room.

Location was really good.
The noise from some of the local residents staying there.
Male voices shouting at night.
My door was banged on one early morning. Sometimes the toilet was unflushed. Maybe it is a bad male trait. Sometimes the seat is urinated on.
Lazy male behaviour in public spaces.
