Our room was lovely, and very clean. Bathroom had a bath, which I love, and was a wetroom for the shower. On the ground floor with it's own little enclosed outside seating area, ideal as we had our dog with us. Staff were excellent, very helpful.
Have booked again in a couple of weeks.

The room was spacious and clean, view of the canal basin. 40 minutes walk into Gloucester through a nature reserve. Staff friendly downstairs and food was pretty good.
Lack of communication or the speed of it needs addressing. The shower curtain basically lets water drain onto the floor, continuous issue as you can see the marks from previous use. The bed wasn't the best, not comfortable at all, pillows also weren't up to much. Near a busy 2 lane road.

The person managing the property was rude to my son for no reason … and the property did not serve breakfast which I had not appreciated when booking. The waiting staff were excellent and the evening food of a good standard.
