The location was good,quiet n blissful. Staff were quite helpful.. especially Sharif from housekeeping. Food was good, both breakfast and dinner.. good spread.

Superb

The perfect place to stop from Muscat to Salalah. Friendly staff and nice rooms. The kids loved the playground.

The food could have been better but there was definitely lots of variety to choose from.

Location is very good and the staff behavior are very excellent.

Good location but rather shabby.

perfect location for a Muscat to Salalah long drive with stop off.

Musty mould smell of damp. at pets in the corridors. Woodwork in balcony badly needs refurbishing. Buffet dinner overpriced.

but unfortunately, they were doing renovations to the room next door, so on our first day they were knocking tiles onto the floor

Between Muscat and Salalah are not many good hotels. We stayed here for a day's rest before continuing our trip. That's what we got.

only stay in the area if you have too otherwise enjoy camping in the area around

best available property In the as the options around are very very limited !

the price you pay is not worth it . further , the breakfast is horrible.
