Excellent location with amazing views. One of the most beautiful places in Madeira. Quiet little town came alive during a local fiesta.
A bit of a letdown was the lack of AC and a small refrigerator. The furniture was outdated but the staff compensated with excellent customer service.

Great “base camp” location to get to many of the hikes on this side of the island.

Nice restaurant onsite.

An absolute gem. Breakfast with a view every morning. The suite has a standout balcony that gave us more room than we needed, with amazing views. Vila Bela is in the perfect location for walking and seeing the sights.
